Steven Norris

(Chairman)

 

Steve Norris was a Conservative MP for fourteen years and Minister for Transport in London for five. He was twice his party's candidate for Mayor of London and is a former Vice-Chairman of the Party.

 

Among many business appointments Steve is Chairman of Obsidian Regeneration Ltd and of Virtus Data Centres Limited. He is also Chairman of AMT-Sybex Group and Senior Independent Director of ITIS Holdings plc.

 

He is a Companion of the Institution of Civil Engineers.

John James

(Managing Director)

 

John joined Soho Estates Limited in 1986 and was appointed Head of Estates in 1989.

 

He was then appointed as Director in 1990 and became the Managing Director in 2010. He is responsible for the strategy and management of the company.

 

Other roles include, Chairman and Managing Director of Paul Raymond Holdings and a member of the Board for The Heart of London Business Alliance and the Safer Soho Business Partnership. He is also a Panel member of the Soho Action Plan Steering Group and the Safer Soho Neighbourhood Panel.
