ILONA ROSE HOUSE

80,000 sq. ft of best in class, available office space with 10,000 sq. ft of landscaped terraces in the heart of Soho.

Planning permission was obtained in September 2016 for the construction of a new 300,000 sq ft mixed-use development. The scheme is office led with eight floors of prime Soho working space with large garden terraces dedicated to every floor. Level eight of the property is the new headquarters of Soho Estates.

A large portion of the site comprises new public realm space with a new café and restaurant lined mews linking Manette Street to Greek Street. This mews, known as James Court, provides both al fresco dining and a focal point for visitors to dwell on this busy route into Soho.  Australian cafe and restaurant, Milk Beach and Israeli restaurant Kapara currently operate at James Court.

It also provides an entrance to three levels of extensive subterranean creative office and post production space. Warner Brothers De Lane Lea has already taken 30,000 square feet of this subterranean space for their London post-production facility. Spaces within Ilona Rose House have been occupied by Dawn Capital, Skyscanner and Planet Payments.
