Soho Estates is pleased to announce that Skin Cupid, the UK’s leading destination for Korean and Japanese skincare and beauty, will open its first bricks-and-mortar store at Ilona Rose House on Charing Cross Road at the end of the summer.

Taking a 3,003 sq ft unit at 111–119 Charing Cross Road, Skin Cupid’s store marks the final phase of retail openings at Ilona Rose House, Soho Estates’ flagship 300,000 sq ft mixed-use development in the heart of London’s West End. The launch follows the brand’s phenomenally successful pop-up at The Outernet in December 2024, where thousands queued from early morning to shop its K-beauty favourites.

Ilona Rose House has quickly established itself as a landmark destination for creativity, innovation and culture. Its working spaces are occupied by tenants including Skyskanner, Dawn Capital and Cubo, and it is the European post-production headquarters for Warner Bros. De Lane Lea. New public realm space is enhanced by James Court, a restaurant-lined mews providing alfresco dining with Australian café and restaurant Milk Beach and Mediterranean restaurant Kapara all contributing to the wider Soho ecosystem.

Philip Thompson, Director at Soho Estates, said:
“Skin Cupid is an energetic and ambitious brand with a passionate following, and we’re thrilled to welcome them to Ilona Rose House. Their arrival is a great example of the kind of curated retail that helps keep Soho vibrant and relevant and we’re excited to see what’s next for them in this iconic location.”

Melody Yuan, Founder and CEO at Skin Cupid, said:
“Skin Cupid is thrilled to bring the world of Asian beauty and skincare to life through our first permanent and immersive offline experience. Our flagship store will be more than just a retail space—it’s a destination for discovery, education, and community. We’re proud to partner with Soho Estates to realise this vision and are excited to call Soho our new home.”

Soho Estates was advised by Kenningham Retail.

Charing Cross Road sits at a strategic crossroads between Soho, Covent Garden, Oxford Street and Leicester Square, surrounded by some of London’s most visited cultural, retail and entertainment landmarks.
