54-58 WARDOUR STREET
The development of 54-58 Wardour Street was a complex cut and carve project which entailed the demolition and rebuild of the upper floors whist maintaining a trading restaurant and off-licence on the ground floor. The building comprises 4 floors of Soho style offices and 8 modern apartments for private rental. Soho Estates moved into occupation of the offices in June 2017.
